Mr. Marshall has handled hundreds of cases in federal court in Georgia and elsewhere, and thousands of cases in state courts throughout Georgia, including cases involving drug trafficking (cartels), human trafficking, computer intrusion, wire and mail fraud, embezzlement, armed robbery, bank robbery, murder, serious sex crimes, major theft cases, RICO, among other offenses.
He is the recipient of the Federal Defender of Atlanta St. Crispin’s Day Award and member of the Acquittal Club.
He is a member of the Criminal Justice Act (CJA) Panel for the Northern District of Georgia.
Licensed to practice in state and federal courts in the State of Georgia
and the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
